House Rules


All Events will be booked via a signed and dated contract executed by an authorized agent of Vintage Motor Club and the event host. A 50% rental deposit is required to secure space with the balance due 30 days prior to the event date. Each contract is specifically tailored to the Event for maximum effiiency and service.

All deliveries and caterers will be approved prior to the event. No equipment can be brought in without prior approval.

The prep areas are to be left as found with cleanup and trash removal the responsibility of the Event Host. Cleanup fees may be the responsibility of the Event Host if they exceed normal reset. See contract details for more information.

VMC will provide 1 security guard and may deem additional security necessary. if so the costs incurred will be the responsibility of the Event Host.

All beverage service must be approved prior to the event.
